Remove use of deprecated findbugs Gradle plugin

There is a SpotBugs plugin that can be used as a replacement. Here it's
probably not worth it though - the build had the findbugs task disabled
by default and failures ignored, so apparently nobody actually cares
about the FindBugs results...
